4) With the simplification of mechanical structure, the design is more conducive to improving the stiffness of machine tools and minimizing the thermal deformation.

2. High Speed and High Efficiency

The high speed of gear processing machine tools such as hobbing machine, gear shaping machine and gear grinding machine mainly refers to that the machine tool has high spindle speed and high table speed, which are the main indicators of improving cutting efficiency. The hob spindle speed of traditional mechanical hobbing machine is usually up to 500 r/min, and the work table speed is up to 32 r/min.

With the improvement of the performance of gear cutting tools, the high-speed and high-efficiency cutting of gear processing machine tools has been developed and matured rapidly. 3. Energy recombination

Functional compound machine tool refers to a machine tool or workpiece in a single clamp, can complete multi-process processing, thereby improving the processing efficiency and even accuracy of the workpiece.

4. High Precision

Because of the adoption of high-precision, high-rigidity linear guideway with preload, ball screw, rolling bearing, motorized spindle, moment motor and numerical control technology, the accuracy of gear processing machine tool under high-speed processing conditions is guaranteed and improved. The accuracy of motorized spindle is generally 0.002 mm in radial oscillation and 0.001 mm in axial direction. The positioning accuracy of toroidal torque servo motor is 0.5 ", and the repetitive positioning accuracy is 0.01".

The positioning accuracy of linear motion axis is less than 0.008mm, and the repetitive positioning accuracy is less than 0.005mm. Hobbing and shaping can still achieve DIN6-7 level accuracy under the condition of high-speed cutting, which guarantees the high precision of the subsequent finishing process.

With the improvement of the production efficiency of gear grinding machine, the reduction of the cost of single gear grinding and the continuous pursuit of improving the accuracy of automotive gears, the market demand for gear grinding machine is increasing. At the same time, with the development of numerical control technology, the extension of functions between various machine tools is easier to achieve.
